Within the Health and Care Administration, we have full-time as the norm. This means that all permanent employees fundamentally have a full-time position. Our workplace is located at Fyrisborgsgatan 1, from where we go out on home visits in group homes and service apartments. Here, the licensed staff of the care committee are on the same floor. The shared facilities provide unique opportunities for collaboration, contacts, support, and development work both within and between professions. The shared space and proximity to colleagues facilitate meetings in professional groups, various workgroups, and for joint development/training.
Our working hours are 38.15 hours/week, and working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, with weekend work every ninth weekend.
Job Description
As a nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by contributing your expertise, knowledge, and commitment with the patient at the center. Your role will involve working with a variety of tasks within your area. In your work as a nurse, you will work with assessments, treatment, and guidance to care staff in group homes/service apartments under LSS.
Your more specific tasks will include:
- performing HSL interventions and evaluating treatment results.
- prescribing care
- guiding and delegating HSL tasks to care staff.
- medication management
- participating in team collaboration around the patient
As a nurse, you will plan your days according to the needs of the patients and work in a team with other nursing colleagues, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and the operations manager. There is good support in the group. Our ambition is that you, together with us, will develop the operations and yourself in close collaboration with your colleagues.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. We also see that you have worked for at least two years as a nurse, and it is an advantage if that experience is from municipal home care. The work requires that you master Swedish in speech and writing. Additionally, you need a B driver's license as the work may require you to travel by car.
As a person, we see that you are independent and flexible. You will have a large network of contacts, which means you will need to collaborate with various people. Furthermore, you have the ability to understand situations to gain insight into the user's situation to provide the best help.
