Aktivt Stöd Home Care in Östhammar municipality is growing with new customers and is now looking for dedicated employees with previous experience in elderly care or home care who want to make a difference every day for people in their own homes.

Job responsibilities for those with experience in home care

· Provide individually tailored care and support to customers in their homes

· Perform household services such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and shopping

· Support independence and security for customers

· Document completed services according to current routines and digital systems

· Collaborate with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals within care and support.

Qualifications and experience as home care staff

· Experience from working in home care, elderly care, or related fields

· At least 18 years old

· Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

· Education as a nursing assistant or caregiver is an advantage but not a requirement

· A driving license may be required depending on the area of operation
