Gudmundråskolan is a 7–9 school with about 340 students. We are centrally located in Kramfors with good communication links. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will teach subjects such as Swedish, English, and SO. The role also includes mentorship for a class, together with a mentor colleague. In your role, you will be part of a work team, where we collectively work to develop teaching, as well as plan and follow up work based on the curriculum and the goals set for the municipality and the organization.

We allocate time and resources for collegial learning that takes place both in subject teams and work teams. We work to develop good strategies and methods to reach each student with guidance and stimulation within the framework of each teaching group. This includes providing students with individual support based on their conditions and needs, as well as working motivationally through value-creating learning and entrepreneurship.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a certified teacher with qualifications as an elementary school teacher in Swedish, English, and SO.

You can work independently but also collaborate well in a work team and together with your mentor colleague. You have the ability to see students' needs and can, in consultation with colleagues, take appropriate measures to provide students with the right support. You are a clear leader in and out of the classroom where structure, security, and study peace permeate your leadership.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and the ability to build relationships. We also expect you to have good digital competence.
