What you will do

• Create fantastic customer experiences
  You are often the first person our guests meet – and also the one they remember. You welcome, guide, and ensure that everyone has a smooth and positive start to their day.
• Plan and coordinate meetings and conferences
  You work with bookings, quotes, and all the practicalities that make the arrangements run smoothly. Following up on quotes with a phone call and also contacting companies that may be interested in booking a conference with a call is second nature to you. You ensure that customers receive the right setup, the right information, and feel secure throughout the process.
• Prepare inspiring meeting environments
  You set up conference rooms, ensure that everything is in place, and that the venues feel welcoming and professional to create a pleasant atmosphere.
• True hospitality
  You take care of the guests throughout the day, are available if they have questions, and ensure that everything works as it should. A smile, a helping hand, and genuine care – that’s you.
• Basic technical assistance
  Technology is a natural part of most meetings, and you help customers get started – in a safe and simple way. (And of course, you will receive training with us!)

Qualifications

• Good computer skills (Office package).
• Experience in customer service, reception, and sales is an advantage.
• Experience in conference operations, booking systems, basic financial administration, and invoicing is an advantage.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing.
