JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for substitutes who want to work in Home Care in Klippan Municipality.

Klippan's home care consists of 4 different geographical areas with close collaboration. Since your main work is performed in the individual's home, it is required that you can cycle and, in most areas, also have a driver's license for a car.

As an employee in Home Care, you will perform tasks covered by both the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act. A workday may consist of providing support and assistance with personal care, care work, medical interventions delegated by a nurse, and other assistance that the person you support needs. In your assignment, you always focus on the individual, carrying out the approved and prescribed interventions with a preventive and health-promoting approach. Since you often work alone, it is required that you are secure, stable, and responsible as a person and can independently meet individuals based on their personal circumstances.

Documentation is an important part of your work, and you need to be comfortable handling digital tools and view the phone as one of your most important work tools.

Your working hours will vary over days and evenings, both weekdays and weekends. Working every other weekend is the norm in the municipality. Awake night shifts and journal nights occur in some positions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• It is advantageous if you have relevant education as a nursing assistant and/or previous experience in care and support.
• You have knowledge and prior experience of working in care and support.
• You have knowledge of personal care and can provide good and safe health and medical care based on the various care needs of the individual.
• You have good language skills in Swedish, where you can understand, speak, read, and write the Swedish used in care.
• You have the ability to meet and communicate in a pedagogical manner.
• You have a good ability to use technical equipment and aids.
• You need to be at least 18 years old.
• You can cycle and have a B driver's license.
