About the Position

Being a teacher and professional educator in Huddinge municipality means that you have high expectations and a belief that all students can succeed based on their conditions. You create good relationships, both with students and guardians, built on trust and respect. You are aware of your own impact on students' learning. Based on students' results, research, and proven experience, you follow up on the quality of teaching, reflect, and evaluate to develop the teaching. You provide forward-looking feedback to students aimed at development and support students in need of special assistance. We work with collegial learning, which means you collaborate with colleagues to develop yourself and your teaching as well as the school's pedagogical work. We are now looking for a teacher for adapted primary school who, together with the work team, will conduct and develop our fine operation. You have several subject colleagues but are also part of a work team where you together plan and implement interdisciplinary teaching.

Who are you?

It is a requirement that you are a licensed primary school teacher for grades 1-6. You are well acquainted with the governing documents and have a good ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish. You are flexible and have good collaboration skills, easily creating good relationships and collaborating with students, guardians, the work team, the school's student health team, and school management. In your pedagogical leadership, you are a clear leader, and in the classroom, you have the ability to create a working environment characterized by safety, trust, and respect. With good didactic skills, strong subject knowledge, a clear structure, and varied teaching adapted to each individual student, you create the best conditions for our students to meet knowledge requirements. You see documentation and assessment of students' knowledge development as a natural part of your work. You have a good ability for analysis and reflection and continuously develop your teaching. You see yourself as an essential part of creating good conditions for students' learning. For this position, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
