The hospital's catchment area includes 280,000 residents. Together, we are about 5,000 employees who work every day to provide good and safe specialist healthcare. Description

Department 95 is a general psychiatric emergency care department that belongs to NU Healthcare's psychiatric clinic.

We are located at the modern psychiatric facility at Brinkåsen in Vänersborg. The department employs nurses, specialist nurses, nursing assistants, and social workers. The medical care is managed by our chief physician together with ST and AT doctors.

We are now looking for a new colleague for night shifts.

Job Responsibilities

Standard nursing duties for a nurse in psychiatric care during the night.

Qualifications

A nursing license is required.

You need to be responsible, empathetic, able to lead work, and have excellent collaboration skills. As a night nurse, you have greater responsibility for making both medical and other assessments, and therefore you need to be confident in your professional role. Experience working with patients with psychotic disorders is an advantage as it is the department's focus. Personal suitability is highly valued.
