About the Workplace
Ljungby Healthcare Center, with its newly renovated, beautiful, and bright premises, is now expanding the team with a district nurse.
The healthcare center has approximately 3,750 registered patients and is located in the heart of Ljungby city center. The center is characterized by a family-like atmosphere where we always put the patient first. Our team consists of general practitioners, resident doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, CBT therapists, child health care nurses, and medical secretaries. We have a great teamwork environment where we focus on continuity, quality, and job satisfaction. We care about a good working environment and recognize the importance of having a clear mission with opportunities for further education.
Job Responsibilities
We would like you to combine your work at our child health care center with your role as a district nurse, depending on your working hours. We want to be there for our families, providing them with security and the best care.
As a district nurse, you will perform the usual district nursing tasks including outpatient visits, triage, digital/telephone advice, infusions, vaccinations, and wound dressings, etc. Contribute to the clinic's administrative tasks and smooth operations. Communicate with other healthcare providers regarding patients' care and welfare. Participate in daily short clinic meetings where we share knowledge and stay updated together.
Qualifications
We are looking for a licensed district nurse. Experience with the Cambio Cosmic journal system is a plus, but not a requirement.
Fluent knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is a requirement.
Personal Attributes
We are looking for someone who is warm, engaged, and confident in their role as a district nurse. You always put the patient first and have a genuine desire to contribute to their health and well-being. You are unpretentious, flexible, and see yourself as an important part of a strong team. You will encounter a wide range of patients of different ages and varying needs, making each day both challenging and rewarding. We also value your ability to create security and trust, both with colleagues and patients. You have a solution-oriented and proactive approach to work, communicate clearly, and never hesitate to share your knowledge and experiences.
Additional Information
- Starting working hours are 100%, but we are open to discussion.
- Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
If you have any questions about the position, please contact Operations Manager Martina Hansson at email: [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) or mobile 076-517 21 86.
We look forward to your application!
