Åsikten is a special accommodation located near the Lagan River, with beautiful views and lovely outdoor environments. With color, shape, light, and life, Åsikten is a living environment that provides comfort, community, individuality, and sensory experience, not least in the garden of the senses.

At Åsikten, there are 40 apartments, and in the same building, there are also safe apartments and a restaurant. For us working at Åsikten, it is important to have a sense of teamwork and a pleasant climate towards each other.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Here you will work with a wonderful group of colleagues and together create the best possible care and support for our residents.

You need to have a salutogenic approach, supporting and helping the care recipients living here to have a good and meaningful everyday life.

You have a good attitude towards everyone you meet and a positive attitude towards your work. You are driven and have the ability to work towards set goals. You are prepared for the needs of the organization to change and can meet changes with a good attitude.

As a person, you are secure, stable, and have good self-awareness, which also applies in stressful situations where you maintain your calm. You work well with others, interacting with them in a responsive and smooth manner. You are calm and responsible. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and contribute to a healthy work environment.

You need to be flexible as we work based on resource shifts, which means that we may need to lend staff to other departments in the accommodation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements include approved training as a nursing assistant and experience and knowledge from care work within dementia.

Our mission involves handling data and phone as part of the work material. You need to be open to learning the systems we use in the assignment as documentation and digital signing are included. We work with flexible schedules that you plan largely yourself.

You need to have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

For us, it is important that you have good self-reflection and are positive towards problem-solving. It is also important that you want to be involved in developing the organization.
