In the role of salesperson at M&M i Fröland, you will have a central position where you are responsible for the entire sales process, from the first contact to the completed deal. You will work with both existing customers and create new business relationships. A large part of the job involves building trusting relationships, understanding customer needs, and developing the right solutions. To succeed in this role, you need to work in a structured and meticulous manner with quotes, follow-ups, and dialogue, while also being driven and business-oriented.

We are looking for someone who is relationship-building and enjoys meeting people. You are driven and motivated by making deals, but at the same time, you work carefully and systematically with order and follow-up. You are self-sufficient, responsible, and communicative, and have the ability to create trust both internally and externally.

• Previous experience in sales, project management, or a similar role with direct customer contact
• Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
• Driver's license B
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• CAD skills – able to read and understand drawings, basic modeling or editing
