ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for a nursing assistant for Öregården and Örträsk home care.

We work with people who need support, care, and assistance at Öregården's nursing home and in Örträsk home care. Our work is to make a difference for both those living in our nursing home and in individual homes, ensuring their quality of life is as good as possible.

Your tasks include performing care and nursing interventions at our nursing home and in individual homes. This involves helping individuals with personal hygiene, light cooking, serving food, cleaning, laundry, activities, outdoor excursions, and more. Your responsibilities also include taking charge of various areas of responsibility and performing documentation via computer. The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Within Support, Care, and Assistance, we work to make full-time work the norm. YOUR PROFILE

We are primarily looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has other education or experience deemed equivalent by the employer. It is important to us that you have empathetic abilities and are responsive to individual needs. You will be in daily contact with many people such as users, relatives, and staff, which requires good treatment and collaboration skills, while you also need to be able to work independently. Working with people means an exciting and changing everyday life, and therefore we are looking for someone who can adapt in their work and prioritize according to current conditions. A valid B driver's license is required for the position as our home care area is large and you need to be able to travel by car.
