The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is a regional clinic with outpatient units in Umeå, Lycksele, and Skellefteå. The regional clinic also includes a BUP ward located in Umeå. At BUP, we work in interdisciplinary teams and the work is carried out in close collaboration with the patient's family and other networks. We are now looking for two nurses for our outpatient clinic in Umeå!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your work, you will meet children and adolescents up to 18 years old who require specialized child psychiatric treatment. As a nurse with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel safe. Your responsibilities include overseeing follow-up of, among other things, CS and SSRI and other pharmacological treatments. Tasks related to assessment and treatment may also be relevant depending on previous experience and education. With the patient and their family at the center, care is provided in close collaboration with other professional categories.

Your introduction will be tailored to your previous knowledge and experience. With us, you will receive guidance and professional development based on the needs of the organization. Travel to Skellefteå and Lycksele may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse who has the ability to see the whole picture and the desire to work for a workplace where the patient always comes first. You contribute to a holistic view that makes the care process better and safer for our patients. It is advantageous if you have further education in psychiatry and we would like you to have experience working with children or adolescents.

We believe that you are a present and warm person who, with expert knowledge and care, sees both the individual and their relatives. Your holistic focus helps you to map and influence the factors that affect the patient's health and well-being. You are responsible and adaptable to change, and you value interdisciplinary work, collaboration, commitment, and collegial support. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
