We are looking for nurses for the medical unit on temporary contracts.

Our team consists of nurses and district nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We operate from the municipality's special housing, Bergvattengården, where we independently plan and organize our day. We are optimistic about the future welfare technology and are working, among other things, with automatic medication dispensers and digital support for health-promoting initiatives and combating loneliness.

Job Description

You will work in the absence of regular staff and according to agreements based on the needs of the operation. Therefore, you may be contacted at short notice. We are looking for someone who appreciates working independently with, among other things, assessment, planning, and execution of medical treatment and nursing measures within the framework of municipal health and medical care. You will be responsible for individuals both within our special housing, home care, and our two LSS group homes.

The assignment also includes guiding and teaching nursing staff, delegating specific health and medical care tasks, working with documentation and deviations according to applicable laws and regulations, so we prefer that you feel secure in your role as a nurse.

You are proactive and responsible, and you have good subject competence. Naturally, you are respectful in your interactions with caring individuals and their relatives. You have the ability to work independently, meticulously, and prioritize correctly. You enjoy collaboration to foster good communication and cooperation.

Qualifications:

Driver's license:

Class B driver's license. Access to a company car is available.
