We are looking for an occupational therapist for the medical unit for a one-year temporary position with the possibility of extension.

Our team consists of nurses and district nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We operate from the municipality's special accommodation, Bergvattengården, where we independently plan and organize our day. With us, it is close both to each other and to other professions, which facilitates cooperation and gives us good opportunities to distribute work and support each other.
We are positive about future welfare technology and are working, among other things, with digital support for health-promoting measures and combating loneliness.
Job Responsibilities
You will perform standard occupational therapist tasks within the framework of municipal health and medical care responsibilities at special accommodations and within home healthcare. Your tasks include assessing, planning, executing, and following up on occupational therapy interventions for individuals residing at Bergvattengården's elderly care, group homes under LSS, and adults in need of interventions in ordinary housing. You will guide and teach nursing staff. Work with documentation and deviations according to applicable laws and regulations is included. You will collaborate and communicate with internal and external actors.
You are initiative-taking and responsible, and you have good subject competence. Naturally, you are respectful in your interactions with caring individuals and their relatives. You have the ability to work independently, carefully, and prioritize correctly. You enjoy collaboration to ensure good communication and cooperation.

Qualifications
Licensed occupational therapist. Experience from similar work is meritorious.

Conditions
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM
Driver's license: B driver's license. Access to a company car is available.
Duration: 1 year with the possibility of extension.
Due to the challenge of recruiting licensed personnel, we are currently offering a salary supplement for each completed work shift.
