ST Physician at the Cancer Center of Norrland University Hospital

The Cancer Center at Norrland University Hospital treats patients with oncological and hematological diseases, offers specialized home healthcare, and cancer rehabilitation. We provide highly specialized oncological care to the entire northern region, including radiation therapy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a ST physician with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel secure.

With us, you are an important part of the organization. The specialty-specific program consists of clinical service at the Cancer Center and occasional side service based on individual needs.

In addition to the specialty-specific program, you will also participate in LEKA training as a ST physician. This program focuses on leadership, economics, communication, administration, ethics, and time for personal reflection for ST physicians within Region Västerbotten.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a Swedish medical license with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare by the time of employment. You have worked as a licensed physician in oncological care for at least 6 months. You have a strong interest in specializing in oncology. You possess good teamwork skills as we work in a team-based environment. You have a structured and quality-conscious approach to work. You are flexible with a good ability to adapt to changing work methods. Research interest is an advantage.

We require good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1.
