Within the health and medical care administration, primary care, dental care, and hospital care are gathered in a common administration and organized into county and local healthcare areas. The local healthcare area of Skellefteå includes the Emergency Department, Medical and Geriatric Clinic, Rehabilitation Center, Psychiatric Clinic, 1177, Center for Surgical Operations, as well as primary care in Skellefteå and Norsjö. Together, these aim to provide good and close care.

Primary Care South Skellefteå consists of Anderstorp, Bureå, Burträsk, and Lövånger health centers. Here we work together to develop primary care.

Anderstorp Health Center, with approximately 13,700 registered patients, is one of the larger health centers in Skellefteå/Norsjö. We have low staff turnover and actively work for a pleasant work environment that promotes development and community. We place great value on everyone being equally important in our operations.

We are also a KUM, Clinical Teaching Reception, where we regularly receive students to contribute to their education and our future competence supply. We also have a PRIMO operation that provides enhanced primary care for individuals with chronic diagnoses such as spinal cord injuries. We have had and will continue to work for research at our health center.

We are now looking for another colleague to join our team. In addition to other professional categories, there are currently four general practitioners, one psychiatrist, and five ST doctors in general medicine at the health center, so growth is good.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a general practitioner with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel secure.

The specialty of general medicine is characterized by the meeting with the patient throughout life. The competence includes meeting people of all ages with all kinds of health-related problems and independently assessing and treating these. In general medical specialist work, one must also follow an individual's various health problems over time and in assessing health issues, take into account the person's entire life situation.

You work largely independently, but teamwork with a medical colleague and other professionals occurs and is preferred. With us, you will have the opportunity to supervise training doctors and students to become future colleagues.

On-call duty in primary care is included in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine.

You are meticulous, take great responsibility for your work and workplace, and are secure in your profession. You can work both independently and in teams and have good social skills. We believe you are a curious and creative person who enjoys trying new approaches and working methods.

Primary care in Skellefteå is on a development journey towards the future's primary care, where we would like to include your reflections, experiences, and perspectives. Critical thinking and a positive attitude therefore go hand in hand.

Swedish level C is a requirement. It is an advantage if you hold a B driver's license.
