About the role This is a combined role where you will work 50-75% as a diabetes nurse and 50-25% as a nurse or district nurse. The work involves all tasks associated with a district nurse/nurse at the health center. You will work at the clinic with both scheduled and acute patients, staff our phone booking via TeleQ for advice and triage. You will also work with an independent clinic for diabetes patients where you have your own waiting list for annual check-ups, in close collaboration with the responsible physician.

Qualifications & qualities

• You are a licensed nurse or district nurse.

• You have further education in diabetes.

• You have previous work experience from primary care in Sweden after your graduation.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are an advantage.

• Good technical skills; previous experience with digital healthcare meetings is an advantage.

• You work evidence-based, are professional in your approach, and prioritize putting the patient first.

• You have good collaboration skills and are attentive to both colleagues and patients.
