We are now looking for a facility technician in Stockholm!

Your role As a facility technician, you are responsible for the daily operations of our commercial properties in southern Stockholm. You work both independently and in a team with preventive and corrective maintenance, optimization of technical systems, and energy efficiency.

The work includes, among other things:

• Operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of heating, cooling, ventilation, and control systems.

• Replacement of actuators, control valves, sensors, pumps, and other technical components.

• Energy monitoring and suggestions for improvement measures.

• Contact with tenants, contractors, and colleagues in the operations team.

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience in technical property management, preferably in commercial properties.

• Has good knowledge of HVAC and ventilation systems and understands how the systems are interconnected.

• Is solution-oriented, analytical, and has an eye for energy efficiency.

• Is social and enjoys interacting with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.

• Has experience or interest in control and regulation technology (strongly meritorious).

• Has a B driver's license (requirement).

Experience in electricity and cooling, as well as language skills beyond Swedish, are also meritorious.
