About the role:

As a Mechanical Designer at Arho AB, you will work with everything from 3D-CAD to planning and executing smaller projects, while being an important part of larger projects together with our dedicated team and experienced project managers. You will play a key role in developing and implementing technical solutions for our customers in robotics and automation.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and construction of mechanical solutions in 3D-CAD (SolidWorks)

• Plan and execute smaller projects and support larger projects

• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure project progress

• Actively participate in the development and optimization of products and solutions

As a person, we see that you are engaged, solution-oriented, and have a great interest in technical development. You enjoy working both independently and in teams, and are used to handling multiple parallel projects. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and a genuine interest in contributing to improvements and innovations in robotics and automation.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in designing machines and technical solutions

• Has at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in mechanical design

• Has good experience with 3D-CAD, preferably SolidWorks

• Has good knowledge of the Office suite

• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanics, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering

• Experience in electronics, automation, and/or pneumatics

• Knowledge of robot programming or robotics
