About the position

Our client is a woman in her 50s living in her own apartment in Vaggeryd. She requires assistance around the clock. As a personal assistant in this role, you will assist the client where her disability sets limits in her daily life. Tasks include personal care, household chores such as cooking and cleaning, support with communication, and various types of daily activities. She enjoys going for walks, listening to music, reading newspapers, and attending local dances. Heavy lifting is required as our client is in a wheelchair.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, clear, and naturally instills calmness and security in the people you meet. You are flexible, meticulous, clear, and accustomed to working in a team as well as independently. We believe you have experience working as a personal assistant or similar in healthcare, as well as lifting and transferring. Experience working with individuals with diabetes and low-arousal behavior is an advantage. To be considered for the position, you must have a good command of the Swedish language.

• Part-time position of approximately 50% (5 day shifts over 4 weeks)
• Working hours include days, evenings, nights (waiting time), and weekends
• Start immediately or as agreed
• You will have the opportunity for introduction and shadowing with an experienced assistant
