About the position

Our client is a woman in her 30s living in her own apartment in Jönköping. She enjoys swimming and horseback riding in her spare time. She also likes going on outings, watching movies, and using her iPad. Her limitations mean that she requires assistance at all hours of the day. Tasks may include personal care, support during meals, grocery shopping, and assisting with daily activities or other events. Your workplace is wherever the client is, and you will be her support in all situations of daily life.

What is required of you?

To work as a personal assistant for our client, you need to be attentive, stable, and calm with great patience. You should be proactive and able to understand and interpret our client's needs. Flexibility and the ability to rearrange activities during the day if necessary are also important. Experience working as a personal assistant or similar is desirable but not a requirement. We focus primarily on your personal qualities and ensuring a good relationship between you and the client. Experience with low-arousal approaches, clear pedagogical methods, or sign communication is an advantage. To be considered for this position, you must be proficient in spoken and written Swedish, be smoke-free, and have no allergies to pets or chlorine. You must have a driver's license, as you will occasionally drive the client's car for work, but an automatic license is sufficient.
