Personal Assistant Needed in Jönköping

We are looking for someone to work as a personal assistant to a woman in Jönköping. The client needs help with everything in her daily life, from personal hygiene, tube feeding, household chores, to accompanying her to work.

You will also need to assist the client with communication via her bliss.

The client is active and enjoys doing things, whether it's shopping, going for a relaxing bath, or spending time with her family and friends.

Profile of the applicant:

• We are looking for a calm, caring, and responsible/detail-oriented person.
• You must be a woman.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities and mental health issues is a plus.
• Non-smoker.
• Must have a B driver's license.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. You should be able to represent the client in all healthcare contacts and document in writing in Swedish.
• Short nails.

Working hours:

We are looking for someone who wants to work on a fixed schedule or as a substitute when regular staff are on leave or sick. You should be able to work days, evenings, nights with a 2-hour waiting time and every other weekend. The length of shifts varies.

Salary:

Individual salary setting.

Other:

• You need to have a bank ID/mobile bank ID to view the schedule and sign time reports.
• You should be able to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish as the job involves client contact and some documentation.
• As an assistant, you will receive relevant introduction/training for the position provided by Inspireraassistans AB during working hours.
