Job Description

We are now looking for a support technician for a 50% position with varying hours.

You will work as a first-line support technician, helping users via phone, email, or on-site with IT-related issues. Your tasks will also include case registration, managing accounts in Active Directory, and troubleshooting in Windows environments and applications. The assignment takes place on-site in central Stockholm. Main user-facing support tasks include:

• Account activation
• Password management
• Imports and exports
• Receiving cases via phone and case management system.
• Providing user support regarding IT-related questions via phone or on-site

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in providing user support in commonly used software
• Experience working with case management systems

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience working regulated by the Security Protection Act

• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form
• Genuine interest in technology
• Service-oriented with a strong desire to help and provide support
• Pedagogical approach
• Flexibility regarding working hours

Other:

• Swedish citizenship
• Security clearance will be conducted as the work is subject to security protection
