Service Technician at Partillebo

Partillebo is now looking for a Service Technician for a one-year temporary position with good opportunities for extension and/or permanent employment.

Your main responsibilities

As a Service Technician, you will be based at one of Partillebo's four area offices. You will be part of a team responsible for both internal and external property maintenance, and you play a central role in ensuring a safe and pleasant living environment for our tenants.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Simple repairs and maintenance such as changing faucets and toilets
• External maintenance including lawn mowing, cleaning, planting, and caring for garden areas.
• Contact and coordination with contractors
• Daily dialogue and service towards our tenants
• Snow removal, both manual and with machines
• Participation in Partillebo's snow service

About you

You have property management training, gardening education, or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of work experience in the property industry. Experience in plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work is a plus. You have good computer skills and strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. A driver's license (B) is required for the position.

You are comfortable communicating with tenants, colleagues, and contractors. Flexibility, customer focus, and responsibility are qualities we value highly.
