About the position

In this role, you will have a varied job with both operations and maintenance of our district heating plants and distribution systems in both Falköping and Mullsjö municipalities. You will combine monitoring, troubleshooting, service, and improvement work to ensure that operations function safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Monitoring, coordinating, and optimizing operations in district heating plants
• Ongoing and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting and addressing operational disturbances
• Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing measures
• Collaboration with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers

You are the one who steps in when needed and simultaneously drives improvements that prevent problems – a role where no day is like the other. The role includes on-call duty and is suitable for you who thrive on responsibility, variety, and independence.

It is a requirement that you have:

• A valid driver's license (on-call duty included)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic IT skills and experience with Office 365
• A background in maintenance, technology, or mechanics

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience working in operations, maintenance, energy, or process industry
• Experience from, for example, property management, water/sewage, biogas, or agriculture
• Technical education as an operations or maintenance technician, or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of electricity and/or automation

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Since the position includes on-call duty, we prefer that you live in or near our operational area.
