VS Truck is a nationally operating company that sells, provides service, and finds solutions in logistics for trucks and construction machinery. Their technical and sales offices extend from Eslöv in the south to Stockholm in the north, along with an e-commerce platform that also generates significant business. Today, the company has a turnover of 120 million and employs over 50 people nationwide. In recent years, VS Truck has doubled its turnover and expanded into new regions, which demands high quality in key recruitments like this one.
About the Role
As a Spare Parts Specialist, you will work broadly and comprehensively with VS Truck's central warehouse and spare parts management. You will be responsible for planning and driving the daily distribution and sales of spare parts, which involves extensive contact with customers, suppliers, and technicians. You will be involved in streamlining and developing logistics flows, warehouse management, and safety routines, as well as handling the administration related to spare parts and warehouse operations.
More specifically, the role includes:
- Sales, ordering, purchasing, and inventory management of spare parts and accessories
- Planning and executing inbound and outbound deliveries as well as inventory management
- Contact with technicians, customers, carriers, and distributors
- Planning and conducting ongoing inventory and quality control of goods
- Streamlining the flow of spare parts
- Administering in the business system and handling invoices
About You
To thrive in this role, you have a strong personal drive and are motivated by service, sales, and customer interaction. At the same time, you are a structured and responsible person who enjoys working in a smaller organization. You have a service-oriented approach with strong planning skills and are constantly working to promote and develop the business. You have your own drive and organize your work and tasks according to the goals and timelines expected of you.
More specifically, the role requires:
- Experience in spare parts management, logistics experience is a merit.
- Experience in customer contact
- Experience in handling system administration and invoicing
- Forklift experience and forklift license
- Good computer and system skills are a requirement
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, preferably also English

Scope: Full-time
Working hours: 7–16, Mon-Fri
Salary: By agreement
