Job Description
:
Your role involves managing maintenance requests and carrying out the repairs related to those requests. You will be the face of the company, and the position entails a lot of contact with tenants, our clients, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is technically inclined, has experience in the same or a similar profession, is used to structuring their workday, getting things done, holds a valid driver's license (B) and has some computer skills. As a person, you are service-oriented, driven, and solution-focused. You are self-sufficient in your work but also possess excellent collaboration skills with both colleagues and tenants.
Start: As agreed.
Scope: Full-time, 100%
A probationary period of 6 months applies, after which a permanent position will be offered.
