Bilmånsson is a dealer of Volvo, Renault, Dacia, Hyundai, Polestar, and Kia. We currently have about 350 employees and are located in Eslöv, Hörby, Ängelholm, Kristianstad, Ystad, Lund, and soon also in Hässleholm.

About the position As a service technician with us, you will have a varied and important role where you work with both planned and urgent service and repair work on Kia vehicles in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. You will perform troubleshooting and diagnostics using Kia-specific tools and systems.

You will work on internal jobs such as preparation, service, and repair of new and used cars before sale and delivery, as well as external jobs such as service and repair for private and corporate customers. If necessary, you will also work with other car brands. 

A central part of the role is to contribute to considerate sales and to carefully document completed work in our systems. You will be responsible for communicating technical solutions and work status to the Workshop Coach and Service Advisors. The role may involve direct contact with customers.

Qualifications  

• Automotive technical education with a focus on passenger cars, preferably Kia certification or equivalent experience.

• Good knowledge of troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair techniques.

• Ability to work independently and in a team in a workshop environment.

• Basic IT skills for documentation and diagnostic tools.

• Service-oriented work approach and ability to represent the company when interacting with customer representatives.

• Driving license B.

Employment form, scope, and location The employment is permanent, full-time with placement at Bilmånsson in Ystad. Any training prior to start will take place at our facility in Hörby.
