Operations Technician – For a client in Malmö

As an operations technician, you will ensure a safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of technical systems for our client in Malmö. You will work closely with colleagues, property managers, and external suppliers to ensure operational reliability and long-term property management.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of technical systems in properties.
• Plan and execute operations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in heating, ventilation, and control systems.
• Inspect and document according to agreements.
• Maintain continuous customer contact and service.
• Follow-up and reporting in digital systems.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in property operations or property technology.
• Has good knowledge in operational technology, HVAC, ventilation, and control technology.
• Is computer literate and can communicate fluently in Swedish.
• Has an operations technician education or technical high school education.
• Has a B driver's license.

It is advantageous if you have experience with fire alarms and sprinklers, certificates for hot work, high-altitude work, or SPA, as well as knowledge of English.
