Job Description
:
Your role involves administering repair requests and carrying out the repairs that these requests pertain to. You will be the company's face to the outside world, and the position entails a lot of contact with both tenants, our clients, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is technically inclined, has experience in the same or a similar profession, is used to structuring their workday, getting things done, holds a B driver's license, and has some computer skills. As a person, you are service-oriented, driven, and solution-focused. You are self-sufficient in your work but also have a very good ability to collaborate with both colleagues and tenants.
Start: By agreement.
Scope: Full-time, 100%
A probationary period of 6 months applies, after which a permanent position will be offered.
