Övikshem is a municipal-owned property company within the public housing sector and the largest landlord in Örnsköldsvik with approximately 2,700 apartments in our portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

As a property manager, your main tasks will be to handle service requests from tenants in a smart and efficient manner. This may include performing simple repairs in properties, as well as coordinating external suppliers when necessary.

Our property managers have daily contact with tenants and work to resolve reported issues inside and outside the home. Being visible in the area and answering questions during, for example, move-ins and move-outs is also part of the daily work, as well as some maintenance of outdoor environments and simple administration.

Competence Profile

We are looking for someone with general high school qualifications, and previous experience in construction, plumbing, or electrical work is an advantage. You are curious, service-oriented, and have a desire to learn and develop. Good computer skills and problem-solving ability will help you succeed in the role.

The job involves driving, so a B driver's license is required. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English. Additional language skills are a plus. At Övikshem, we strive for a diverse and mixed workforce in terms of gender, age, and ethnic background.

Employment Period and Selection

We are looking for several property managers during the summer period, June-August. The length of the temporary positions may vary. Interviews and selection are ongoing.
