Maskinia in Sundsvall is now looking for a service technician for our workshop, where you will have the opportunity to work with market-leading products and develop within a growing company with a family-like corporate culture.

Job Description

As a service technician with us, you will work with service and repair of construction machinery in our workshop and sometimes out at our customers in Sundsvall. Your main tasks include:

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in electrical systems, hydraulics, and engines
• Performing service work and repairs on construction machinery
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships and being responsible for meeting customer needs
• Working both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues in the workshop and within Maskinia
• Occasionally performing service and repair work at customer sites, which means you represent Maskinia on-site and ensure high service quality even in the field.

The work is varied and requires independence, but collaboration is central to us. We offer good development opportunities, both within your current role and further within the company.

About the Workshop in Sundsvall

Our facility in Sundsvall became part of Maskinia in 2024. There, we are a team of 13 people. Two salespeople, two working with spare parts, one site manager, one technical support, and seven field and service technicians. We take pride in our team spirit where we always support each other to deliver high quality to our customers together.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role, we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a mechanic, either in light or heavy vehicles
• Is technically curious and wants to continue developing within construction machinery
• Is solution-oriented, meticulous, and has the ability to work independently
• Enjoys having customer contact and is skilled at building long-term relationships
• Has a B driver's license and preferably a C driver's license
• Masters Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
