With this in mind, the service technician who takes care of the customers' turbines plays an important role at the forefront of our service agreements. In this role, you will work in an exciting industry with a team of dedicated employees. We are currently looking for service technicians in Sundsvall who will be part of a service team responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining wind turbines in the area. We are looking for someone with a team-oriented attitude who enjoys working in a team.

Responsibilities

The position places high demands on accuracy and professionalism as we are very concerned that our service work is carried out with the highest safety and quality. To effectively carry out the tasks, we believe that you are a person with good knowledge of electricity or mechanics, service-oriented, and business-minded.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of wind turbines in accordance with service agreements
• Customer contact with owners regarding upcoming service and clear reporting of completed actions
• Responsibility and care of the service vehicle including its inventory
• Daily reporting and registration in our business system Salesforce (SAP)

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or education in electricity or mechanics, as well as an interest in deepening knowledge in these areas, especially electronics
• Good general computer skills
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English (corporate language) in speech and writing
• B driver's license (without restrictions)
• Previous experience as a Service Technician is an advantage

Additional information

The position is based in Sundsvall.

The position involves travel with overnight stays for various further training and assistance in other areas, which can amount to up to 50 travel days per year. For this position, understanding the potential travel for training purposes and working hours is important. A requirement for employment is that you are approved for mast and pole certification, which consists of a stress ECG and medical examination, conducted during the recruitment process.
