We are looking for someone who, together with motivated and competent colleagues, wants to work climate-smart and contribute to the development of the Sundsvall region. As an Operations Technician/Operations Manager, you will work with the operational optimization of Sundsvall Energi's facilities.

Your Contribution as an Operations Manager

As an Operations Technician/Operations Manager, you will also be responsible for:

• operation and oversight of Sundsvall Energi's facilities, which consist of a waste boiler with associated flue gas and water treatment, turbine, electric and oil boilers, troubleshooting, simple fault correction, and preventive maintenance.
• monitoring and alarm management on the local networks.
• ensuring that operational conditions are met in terms of environmental and quality standards.
• working towards the company's and your own department/unit's goals.

The position as a temporary operations technician/operations manager involves shift work with day and night shifts and is located at Korstaverket. The role reports directly to the operations manager.

Your Skills and Experience

We prefer that you have post-secondary education in the field of operations technology or energy technology, where you have gained experience with applicable laws and regulations within the profession, as well as process control systems, operations, and district heating production. You also have several years of professional experience in the field.

As a person, you are engaged, meticulous, responsible, and structured, and you have a collaborative ability that contributes to good relationships. You can express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. A B driver's license is a requirement.

About the Recruitment Process

The position is a temporary full-time position until 2027-01-15.
