About the Position

Kempes El AB is now looking for an engaged and business-driven Project and Service Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for both service operations and projects within electrical installation. Here you will play an important role in a team with high competence and strong community, where you will gradually grow with increased project volumes. You will not have formal personnel responsibility, but you will have great trust and responsibility for keeping the daily operations together. The position is a combination of operational responsibility and administrative tasks with a focus on technical management, customer dialogue, and business follow-up.

Your Future Responsibilities The role involves a comprehensive approach to both service management and project management, where you collaborate closely with installers, estimators, and site managers.

• Lead and distribute service assignments and smaller projects
• Be the natural contact person for both customers and installers
• Identify and create new business opportunities
• Ensure that our assignments run smoothly and maintain high quality
• Actively contribute to lifting and developing the Sollefteå branch
• Work on quotes and calculations for smaller electrical projects
• Work with business and forecasting tools for management and follow-up

We are looking for someone who Requirements:

• Has experience in the electrical installation industry
• Is structured, communicative, and enjoys problem-solving
• Likes to build relationships and see opportunities
• Wants to help develop a branch with great potential
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B is required
