We are looking for an engaged and knowledgeable service technician to strengthen our close-knit team. You will work with service, maintenance, and repairs of construction machinery, timber trucks, and various types of equipment.

You plan your work, prioritize when necessary, and are meticulous – you want to deliver well-executed maintenance and repairs to your colleagues. The work is independent but in close collaboration with colleagues, so your personal qualities are important.

Your tasks:

• Preventive maintenance and repairs of machines (including timber trucks and wheel loaders) and equipment
• Troubleshooting in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and engines
• Supplier contacts
• Ordering spare parts
• Documenting in our systems

You will work very closely with other mechanics in the workshop, the foreman, and the service manager. You will also collaborate with our drivers, colleagues in the workshop in Bollsta, and employees in other parts of the group. We have on-call duty every sixth week, and work in our other companies occurs (Edilog and Hydraulteknik).

It is important that you enjoy working with others and are positive and helpful. You take your own initiatives and find solutions to problems you see.

We are looking for someone who:

• Independently sees needs, makes decisions, and creates solutions
• Is curious and wants to apply new knowledge in practice
• Has experience or education in repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles/machines
• May have experience or education in automotive electrical systems, hydraulics, welding, and/or cooling systems
• Is straightforward and clear in your communication
• Can independently plan, structure, and prioritize your tasks
• Is not afraid to make decisions
• Has a genuine interest in technology and problem-solving
• Can handle computers and data systems
• Has at least a B driver's license

If you have Hot Work, Mobile Platforms, Crane, and/or AC certification, it is a big plus!
