As a junior geotechnical engineer/geoconstructor, you will work alongside an experienced and versatile team in geotechnics. You will be introduced to the entire work process – from early investigations to active design during the construction phase. The role offers a broad learning curve with the opportunity to work on various types of assignments and with many points of contact. To give you the best possible start, a structured introduction, mentoring support, and internal training are offered, including the industry's own Geotechnical Academy, which is held every month to strengthen knowledge and networking. Example Tasks:
- Manage documentation and reports.
- Design and develop investigation plans.
- Coordinate assignments with field coordinators.
- Work closely with senior geotechnical engineers/geoconstructors.
- Compile field results and report in CAD (Civil 3D, GeoBim, Collector).
- Participate in internal and external meetings with clients and project groups.
- Accompany fieldwork and contribute to field investigations.
- Perform calculations for settlements, stability, ground improvements, and other geotechnical analyses.

You are a team player and have an easy time collaborating and communicating with both internal and external parties. We are looking for someone who wants to develop, take responsibility, and grow within the field of geotechnics. Qualifications:
- University degree or master's degree in civil engineering, with a focus on building and construction technology or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in similar tasks, such as reporting geotechnical investigations.
- Courses in geotechnics, rock mechanics, hydrology, environmental engineering, as well as experience with tools like Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and geotechnical calculations.
- Experience with clay and geotechnical analyses.
- Driver's license B
