✨Job Responsibilities

Your task with us is to provide our tenants with safe and good care based on each individual's needs.

The tasks include supporting the tenant in everyday life, from personal hygiene and social interaction to activities and accompaniment. You will also have delegated health and medical tasks based on the tenant's needs.

🌟 You will:

• Be a primary care contact.
• Strengthen the tenant's abilities and resources.
• Assist with personal care, cleaning, and laundry.
• Support during meals and social activities.
• Document efforts and follow up on needs.
• Perform health and medical interventions delegated by a nurse.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals in the team.

📅Working hours: Day, evening, and every other weekend.

We work with contact person roles and advocacy assignments, which gives you the opportunity to develop and contribute to the development of the operation. The values of elderly care and a health-promoting approach are the foundation for how the work is organized and performed.

Qualifications

To be considered for this recruitment, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Trained nursing assistant
• Provide proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a work certificate showing that you have been permanently employed as a nursing assistant since July 1, 2023.
• Have good computer skills
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• B driver's license and car, or live near Ekhaga.
