As an Operations Manager with our client in Rosersberg, you will play a central role in daily operations and be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the activities within your area of responsibility. You will work closely with other Operations Managers, the Site Manager, and customer service to ensure effective resource planning, clear communication, and high-quality delivery. You will have personnel responsibility for around 20 people. The role also includes following up on processes, working towards set goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting results, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Coordinating and planning daily operations based on allocated resources

• Planning upcoming activities together with customer service/administration and the customer

• Ensuring that information from management is communicated clearly to employees

• Being responsible for resource planning, priorities, and changes in daily operations

• Collaborating closely with team leaders within each process

• Following up, measuring, and managing processes based on KPIs and key figures

• Setting daily goals for your area of responsibility

• Ensuring that safety regulations, protective clothing, and equipment are used correctly

Working hours are daytime Monday to Friday, but during peak season, evening and weekend work may occur.

We are looking for someone with experience in similar tasks who thrives in a fast-paced role with significant responsibility. You are structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented, have an easy time collaborating, and contribute to a positive work environment. You are customer-oriented, service-minded, and possess strong communication skills. Experience in the logistics or transport industry and knowledge of WMS systems such as NYCE Logic, AS eManager, or Nshift is a plus. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
