About the position

As a Construction Technician at Luotea, you will independently perform carpentry work, from assembling shelves to minor renovations or extensions in existing premises. You may also be involved in larger projects concerning surface renovations and remodeling and painting.

The placement is at Södersjukhuset, and you will share your daily life with a dedicated and competent work team that works both individually based on work orders and in groups on various projects. Your colleagues who work with the operation and maintenance of the hospital's premises have different areas of expertise, and you will collaborate with technicians in areas such as operations, plumbing, ventilation, or electrical work. You will report to the group manager - who will be your immediate supervisor.

Security-classified workplace:

Södersjukhuset is security-classified, so you will undergo a security clearance before employment.

About you

We are looking for someone who is social and has service at heart. This is important as you work in a crowded environment - close to customers and other staff who are also present in the premises. You need to be able to independently perform your tasks and have the ability to plan and organize your work well. Particularly high demands are placed on good communication and collaboration skills as you work closely with various functions within the hospital.

Qualifications

• Documented experience and in-depth knowledge in carpentry and/or construction projects / painting
• Education at least at the high school level
• Hot work, lift training
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Driving license B

Meritorious

• Experience in painting
