The work is varied. Sometimes you step into a long assignment where you become a natural part of the team for an extended period, and other times you jump in where the need is greatest and save the day with your expertise. You usually work in teams with other skilled bakers, which means we place great importance on your ability to collaborate.

• Has a completed bakery education.

• Has solid work experience from both bakery and pastry shop.

• Speaks and understands good Swedish, as communication is key to a safe and effective collaboration.

• Enjoys working in teams and has a positive attitude towards new environments.

• Is unpretentious, punctual, and proud of your craft.
