Solna Eventcenter AB operates one of Sweden's largest restaurant and entertainment venues at Westfield Mall of Scandinavia. We are now looking for an enthusiastic pastry chef who wants to create high-quality baked goods and desserts for our guests.

About the Role

As a pastry chef, you are responsible for the production and preparation of baked goods, desserts, and other products for our restaurant operations and events. You work with high quality standards and ensure that products maintain a consistent level of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Produce cakes, pastries, desserts, and other confectionery items.
• Prepare and decorate products for service.
• Plan and produce according to orders and business needs.
• Ensure high quality and an attractive presentation of products.
• Be responsible for order, hygiene, and food safety according to established routines.
• Participate in the development of new products and seasonal offerings.
• Contribute to good cooperation within the kitchen team.

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience working as a pastry chef.
• Has education in bakery and confectionery or equivalent experience.
• Is meticulous, creative, and quality-conscious.
• Has good knowledge of food hygiene and self-control procedures.
• Thrives working both independently and in a team.
• Is responsible and has good planning skills.
• Speaks Swedish or English.
