At Maxi ICA Stormarknad Nacka, over 300 employees work together to create Nacka's best food experience. With our own market hall, bakery, and a strong focus on quality, food joy, and development, we offer a workplace where people grow together.

In our bakery and patisserie, 16 bakers and pastry chefs bake bread and pastries from scratch every day. Here, traditional craftsmanship is combined with curiosity, quality, and a desire for continuous development. We are also currently expanding our market hall, making this an exciting time to join our team.

About the Role

As a baker or pastry chef with us, you work with everything from sourdough bread and everyday bread to cakes, pastries, and other products baked and made from scratch. You contribute to ensuring our products maintain high quality and that our customers are greeted by an inspiring assortment every day.

We would like you to have

• At least one year of experience as a baker or pastry chef
• Relevant education within bakery or patisserie
• A genuine interest in craftsmanship and high quality
• Good teamwork skills and a structured approach to work
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Availability to work early mornings starting at 05:05

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience from retail bakery or grocery trade
• Knowledge of SoftOne, AoB, StoreOffice, or Min Butik
• Knowledge of Excel and Word
• Understanding of sales, store economics, and planning
