Thelins Bakery is looking for a new pastry chef! We work together in our bakery in Gröndal where we bake a variety of treats, 7 days a week, day and night. Here we bake everything for our stores around Stockholm.

We enjoy laughing and having fun together while challenging ourselves in our work. To fit into our team, you need to be a person with both will and curiosity. We also want you to have experience in the profession but be eager for new challenges.

As we constantly want to develop our range and products, we wish for you to be someone who values development and knowledge. Job Responsibilities

As a pastry chef, the focus is on preparing large parts of our pastry range such as pastries, cakes, sponge cakes, and other baked goods. Here we work clearly as a team focusing on different stations. It is important for us that you possess knowledge of the craft and ingredients to create the best possible product.

We require that you have previous experience in the profession. We maintain a high work pace in our bakery and are challenged to bake large volumes with good ingredients, almost exclusively by hand, to always achieve a solid end result.

The work is scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays.
