At Blå Porten, we love the pace, the scents of freshly baked goods, and the atmosphere of a team that constantly wants to develop.

The Work You will be part of the kitchen team responsible for bakery and pastry production for breakfast, lunch, and evening service during the summer. Your tasks will include dough preparation, baking, fillings, decorations, portioning, and quality control. You will work closely with the head chef and other colleagues to ensure that the products maintain high quality and are delivered on time.

We are looking for We are looking for a skilled baker/pastry chef with good professional knowledge and documented experience from bakery or pastry operations. You are passionate about the craft, have a sense of taste and form, and want to contribute to the development of our offerings. Experience in both technical baking and artistic decoration is an advantage.

You are You are meticulous, stress-resistant, and work efficiently without compromising on quality. You thrive in a team, are happy to share ideas, and receive feedback constructively. Flexibility in tasks and working hours is important as the workload can vary during the season.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience as a baker/pastry chef

  • Good knowledge of dough and baking techniques as well as pastry work

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • High sense of hygiene and quality

  • Valid certificate of employment rights and identification according to legal requirements (if necessary)

Meritorious

  • Education in baking or pastry

  • Experience in high-volume production environments

  • Knowledge of special diets and allergens

We offer Temporary employment during the summer with the possibility of extension. All positions start with a probationary period. You will be offered a stimulating work environment where development is encouraged and the chance to influence menus and product development.
