We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Production Assistant to become an important part of our team! This is a probationary position with the possibility of permanent employment. In this role, you will be responsible for the production of our high-quality fresh pasta, including the manufacturing of both stuffed pasta and unstuffed pasta (long and short). You will also be responsible for preparation, portioning, weighing, and packing of products as well as cleaning and maintenance of machines. You will work according to our HACCP standards to ensure the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture stuffed and unstuffed fresh pasta with the highest quality and precision
• Portion, weigh, and pack products for distribution
• Manage machine operations, settings, and ongoing maintenance
• Prepare raw materials and ingredients for production
• Quality control and ongoing cleaning of production areas according to hygiene procedures

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Swedish (required)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes, procedures, and quality standards
• Previous experience in food production is an advantage, especially in pasta, bakery, or other artisanal food manufacturing
