As a lock technician/door automation technician at SafeTeam, you will work with all types of locks, fittings, door closers, and door automation systems that need to be installed, serviced, and maintained. You will work on projects as well as in a service technician role focused on projects. You will travel among our friendly customers and meet a lot of people. In this role, we offer a company car.

You will usually start your workday from home. If you start from one of our offices, it will either be from Rökerigatan 19 by Globen or from Fagerstagatan 18D in Spånga, Lunda industrial area.

At Rökerigatan, you will be accompanied by about 30 fantastic colleagues: store staff, regional manager, department heads, project designers/project managers, coordinators, and technicians based here. In our store in Spånga, we have a super friendly team of about 10 people: store staff, project designers/project managers, and technicians. Both of our departments are characterized by a wonderful team spirit and positive atmosphere; if you want to contribute to that, you will thrive with us!

To qualify for this position, we want you to have:

• at least 3 years of experience as a lock technician or door automation technician

• driver's license B

• the ability to provide high service – "that little extra" – to both customers and colleagues. Exceptional service is the core of our corporate culture.

Either you have experience as a lock technician and have gained knowledge in lock installation, installation of electromechanical locking units, mortising, long drilling, as well as troubleshooting and repairs during service work. Or you have experience as a door automation technician, and thus competence in installation, adjustment, and service of door automation, including troubleshooting and repair of various systems.

Knowledge of sensors, control systems, and integrated solutions for door automation is very valuable. We also see experience with standards and regulations regarding accessibility and safety in door environments as a significant advantage. Additionally, competence in low current and security systems is important as it is a central part of the work.

Certification as a valuables storage technician and/or possession of journeyman or master certificates is advantageous but not required.
