This autumn, we continue to develop and broaden our range with new products, more seasonally inspired pastries, and even better bread.

Therefore, we are now looking for an engaged and skilled night baker who wants to become an important part of our bakery team in Kvarnholmen.

At Robin Delselius Bakery, we bake everything from scratch with great care for ingredients, craftsmanship, and quality. We work with sourdough, laminated doughs, sweet doughs, bread, buns, and much more delicious goodness, always with the ambition to deliver products that we ourselves are proud of.

Every day, we bake for our neighborhood bakeries in Kvarnholmen, Södermalm, Gamla Enskede, Sickla Köpkvarter, and Grisslinge Havsbad.

About the position

• Full-time (100%)

• Working hours: 22:00–06:00 (weekdays only, you are always off on public holidays)

• Start date: As agreed after the summer

• Salary according to collective agreement

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who:

• Have education within bakery or equivalent experience

• Have at least 1 year of work experience as a baker

• Have a genuine interest in artisan baking

• Are responsible, meticulous, and self-driven

• Want to contribute to developing both products and working methods

The most important thing for us is that you are passionate about the profession and want to create really good bread and pastries together with an engaged team.
