Markverkstad Norr is a department under the Army Staff, AST, and has about 180 employees. We perform maintenance on the Armed Forces' ground equipment and provide technical system support. This includes maintenance in the form of inspections, repairs, manufacturing, dismantling/scrapping, modifications, operational support, technical adjustments, and material investigations. Main Responsibilities

As a team coordinator, you will coordinate, lead, and distribute the daily work within the team based on the directives provided by the nearest detail manager and the MvE management system. You will carry out preparation and planning of production and report on completed maintenance production. You will receive orders from units and create work orders for executing tele-engineers, as well as register incoming and outgoing materials.

You will work with ongoing registration, updating, and documentation in our technical support systems, LIFT/PRIO. You will also support all tele-engineers in producing documentation and maintenance plans for materials and participate in the development of methods, routines, and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Education in production planning/leadership or a corresponding direction, or work experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
  • Current experience in production planning or a similar position
  • Computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Driving license B
  • Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written

Furthermore, you are flexible, have good problem-solving abilities, and can easily create contacts as the job requires this with both internal and external parties.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in documentation for maintenance actions of materials, vehicles, and communication platforms
  • Education in leadership
  • Knowledge of our command and communication systems across various platforms
  • Knowledge/experience of the support systems PRIO and LIFT
  • Knowledge of the Technical Service within the Armed Forces
  • Previous experience and knowledge of workshop operations and material maintenance in the Armed Forces
  • Knowledge of the SAP business system

Employment type: permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period
Employment rate: full-time, daytime
Work location: Boden
Start date: By agreement

The job also involves travel and service requirements, both domestically and internationally. The position is a civilian role.
