As an IT Technician with us, you will work with:

• System improvements and operations: You will be responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of operating systems, product applications, and IT environments for our customers.
• Troubleshooting and support: You will resolve complex issues escalated from the service desk and create documentation and procedures to enhance their ability to handle future problems.
• Customer-facing projects: You will participate in customer meetings to plan and implement upgrades, new installations, and other improvement efforts.
• Technical expertise: We work with technologies such as VMware, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Citrix/RDS, as well as various security, monitoring, and networking solutions.

• Have several years of experience in the IT industry, focusing on Windows Server environments.
• Be a solution-oriented and responsible person who enjoys making independent decisions.
• Be engaged and have the ability to work both independently and in a team.

We value experience and knowledge in the following areas:

• Windows Server: Installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft 365: Office, Exchange, Intune, Autopilot, and Azure.
• Virtualization and storage: VMware, backup solutions, and hybrid environments.
• RDS and Citrix: For remote desktops and application distribution.
• Cloud solutions and migrations: Secure management of hybrid clouds and migration projects.
• Security: MFA, patch management, and antivirus solutions.
• Networking: Basic networking knowledge including switches, routing, and firewalls.
• ITIL: Understanding of processes and best practices in IT service management.

Location: Iver has 25 locations in the Nordics. For this role, we see that you will be based at our office in Örebro.
